In the summer of 2024 we met Shawn and Gabrielle at the White River State Park in Indianapolis for their engagement photoshoot. We immediately clicked with them and were so happy when they booked us for their wedding photography and videography! After months of planning they got married on a rainy spring day at The Sycamore at Mallow Run, surrounded by friends and family. Though the rain wound up moving the Ceremony inside, their wedding day was still a dream.

Downtown Indianapolis
In September we met up with Shawn and Gabrielle for their engagement session in downtown Indy! We spent two hours exploring the White River State Park and a couple other spots downtown and I’m so happy with how their photos turned out! They’re currently slated to be our first wedding of 2025 and we can’t wait to join them at the Sycamore at Mallow Run for what’s sure to be a beautiful day. :)
In order to cover so much ground we did an extended photoshoot which also allowed plenty of time for an outfit change. This is one of our favorite spots in Indianapolis and there are so many different backdrops you get all within a short distance of each other! We picked a Sunday afternoon so the park wasn’t too crowded, although it’s usually not bad unless there’s a special event going on. If you enjoy nature or urban vibes then this is the perfect spot for a photoshoot!

The rain couldn’t slow these two down no matter how hard it tried! Their wedding was incredible and the amazing staff at The Sycamore at Mallow Run adapted with ease. Shawn and Gabrielle’s friends made this such an enjoyable day, and our team loved getting to capture their photos and videos!
